Campus Engagement Activity

Students from top colleges in India are hired in this program. They are confirmed as Scientific Analyst and absorbed into the different teams. They are fresh Post Graduates in Chemistry stream, Life Science and Plant Science stream.

MC’s Post Graduates Training Program (PGTP)

Doctorates/PHDs from specific science studies are hired and confirmed at an in-Charge level in the functional teams across organization. They are provided with the cross functional project stint to learn and achieve the focused business results.
