The Agile Project Manager (APM) is responsible for the creation of a cohesive plan with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manages the agreed project plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters
You will organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meeting
You should be someone who excels at facilitating complex deliveries, across multiple teams in multiple geographies and time zones, in an agile environment. You should enjoy being a servant leader and driving for outcomes.
Ensure the teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility

Certified Scrum Master with project management and Scrum Master work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitate scoping and planning work needed for requirements (provided by Product Owners) for features / products / projects.
Act as Scrum Master across multiple agile scrum teams.
Use internal tools and processes to identify the most efficient resource utilization and provide evergreen resource allocation outlooks across multiple agile projects.
Act as a change agent, identifying process improvement opportunities both internal and external to optimize overall delivery.
Use process as a tool to drive for successful outcomes.
Support collection, publishing, and utilization of metrics to provide executive leadership line of sight to fact-based improvement opportunities.
Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs.
